About Our Home Inspections
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation and much more. We take pride in a thorough detailed inspection. A verbal review is presented at the end followed by an easy-to-read detailed report with colored photos. Contact us for more information regarding what is included in the home inspection process.

New Construction & Builder Warranty Inspections
Building a new home is an exciting milestone, but even brand-new houses can have hidden issues. Whether you’re buying a newly constructed property or preparing for your 1-Year Builder Warranty Inspection, having a licensed third-party inspector ensures your home is safe, structurally sound, and built to the highest standards.
HomeTech’s inspectors specialize in new construction and builder warranty inspections, providing an unbiased, thorough evaluation for homeowners. We work on your behalf—not the builder—so you can feel confident in your investment.
Even with municipal inspections, errors can occur. Builders rely on multiple subcontractors, and not every detail of the construction process receives close oversight. Common issues such as improper installations, missed defects, or poor workmanship can lead to expensive repairs down the line. Having a professional inspection gives you the opportunity to catch these problems early, before moving in or before your warranty expires.

11-Month Warranty Inspection

Why Choose a New Home Construction Inspection?
- Builders work with multiple subcontractors, and mistakes can happen.
- Municipal inspections may not catch all defects.
- A private inspection ensures an unbiased review of your home before you move in or before warranty expiration.
HomeTech’s inspectors provide peace of mind with professional, comprehensive evaluations at every critical phase of construction.
