Greg Fyock

Owner / Home Inspector

Greg, the owner of Hometech, was born in Estes Park, Colorado on the day of the big flash flood in Big Thompson Canyon. Greg purchased the company in 2014 after being an employee for 5 years with a desire to take it to the next level. His mission, along with the entire Hometech team, is to enjoy each moment while being of service. He has a voracious appetite for surfing and travel. He loves his family immensely.

Austin Reynolds

Home Inspector

Austin Reynolds is our Home Inspector. He was born and raised in Florida and grew up in Winter Park. He has been inspecting properties over 6 years and truly cares about each individual client. He has a keen eye for detail. When he is not inspecting, he loves to fish, go to the beach, and hang out with family.

John Orosco

Home Inspector

John originally hails from Oklahoma but was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has a background in Culinary Arts and building construction and originally got his start inspecting because he loves seeing how things are built. When he is not inspecting, he is spending time at home with his wife, 4 children, dog, cat, and 4 chickens.

Melisa Kurani

Operations Manager

Melisa is our Operations Manager. She is originally from Dayton, Ohio and has lived most of her life in Central Florida. She has extensive experience in customer service and comes from a background in property management. When Melisa is not keeping the Hometech house in order, she enjoys cooking, DIY projects, and spending time with her family. Everybody in the office loves her contagious laughter and our customers tell us they can feel her warm smile through the phone.

Christel Nobis

Client Care Coordinator

Christel is our newest member to the HomeTech Team and is our Client Care Coordinator. She is from the Philippines and is already a great asset to the team. When not working she enjoys spending time with her new baby girl and her family. She loves singing, Taylor Swift, and listening to podcasts.

How quickly can you do the inspection?

Average inspections take 3 to 4 hours although bigger and older houses can take longer. We do not put time limits on inspections to ensure we provide the best possible service.

How much is the inspection?

Average fees start out at $375 for a base home inspection. Prices are based on square feet, location, and age. It is best to call for a precise quote and appropriate services.

What's included in the inspection?

A full evaluation of the structure, roof covering, attic framing, attic insulation, heating and air systems, water heater, and kitchen appliances. Your inspector is going to test outlets, switches, fans, and light fixtures and perform safety inspections on the electrical panels. They will also test all available plumbing fixtures, test hot and cold water, check visible lines for leaks, and stress the waste plumbing. Your inspection will include thermal imaging scans of the entire home as well which can reveal air leaks, water intrusion, insulation deficiencies, moisture issues, and electrical hazards that may not be visible to the naked eye. We will locate and familiarize you with the systems of your home such as where the main breaker, water main, Ac filters, etc to enjoy and maintain the home. A verbal report will be presented at the end of the inspection to be followed by a digital report with photos same day.

When will I get the report?

A verbal report is presented at the end of the inspection if the client is present and the digital report is emailed SAME DAY!
