A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation and much more. We take pride in a thorough detailed inspection. A verbal review is presented at the end followed by an easy-to-read detailed report with colored photos. Contact us for more information regarding what is included in the home inspection process.
Our Services
Home Inspections
Four Point Inspections
Four Point Inspections may be required by insurance companies, however sometimes they are optional. These inspections cover general information on the Roof, Electrical, Plumbing and the Air Conditioning (A/C). These do not replace standard home inspections and the information provided from a four point inspection is not enough to make a well-informed decision about the purchase or sale of your home.
Roof Certification Inspections
Roof inspections are usually required by insurance companies to determine the age, condition and life expectancy of the roof. Home inspectors cannot perform roof certifications unless they are certified and authorized to do so. Many roofing inspectors climb up on the roof and issue reports on missing or loose roofing materials, overall condition of roofing materials, ridges, caps and drip edges, and more.
Additional Services

Wind mitigations are insurance related inspections regarding the age and construction of your roof. Often, they can save you money on your home insurance premiums and are sometimes required by insurance companies.
02. WDO Inspections
Also known as Termite Inspectioons, termites and wood decaying fungi are common in Florida. Whether a concrete block or wood frame home the damage can be extensive. We recommend a WDO inspection on every home.
03. Water Sampling
Water samples are collected and brought to the lab to be tested for traces of bacteria such as Total Coliform, Ecoli, Nitrate, Nitrite, lead and other items depending on the test. These results are often required for loan purposes when wells are present.
